I know your comment is ~2 years old at this point, but for anyone else wanting to know, I just ordered one through SparkFun thiss past week, and it came with the BMI270 IMU. Its less feature rich compared to the IMU in the other OAK cameras, only supporting raw output of accelerometer and gyroscope values, but it is present.
